Hi, I am Natalie and I am a qualified personal trainer and fitness nutritionist currently training to be a doctor.
Finding time to do exercise is hard; life gets in the way , injuries can be limiting, motivation fluctuates.
Wherever you are in your life, we will make a unique, tailored plan for you, taking into consideration your strengths, limitations and obstacles, to help you achieve your goals.
All my clients have something in common-they drastically underestimate their mind and bodies’ capabilities. I am here to help people , not only reclaim their health but give them confidence in the way their mind and bodies can progress everyday.
