Hi, I’m Natalie - a personal trainer with a passion for helping people feel stronger, more confident, and more in control of their bodies.
I know that starting (or restarting) exercise isn’t always easy. Life gets busy, injuries happen, and confidence can drop — especially if you’re dealing with pain or long-term conditions.
That’s why my approach is different.
With specialist training in exercise referral, I work with people who may have arthritis, joint pain, or are recovering from injury — helping them exercise safely and build strength at their own pace.
Alongside this, I’m currently training to become a doctor, which allows me to take a more holistic, health-focused approach to coaching.
For me, it’s not just about fitness — it’s about helping you:
